Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2–7 working days after order confirmation, payment confirmation, and final approval of specifications, wherever applicable. Bulk, customized, private label, and export orders may require additional processing time depending on production schedules and packaging requirements.
Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch shipments through reputed courier, transport, air cargo, sea freight, and logistics partners depending on shipment size and destination. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, transport delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations and requirements applicable in their respective countries.
Shipping Charges & Duties
Shipping and freight charges are calculated based on shipment weight, volume, destination, and shipping method. International customers shall be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, and any other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Inspection & Claims
Customers are requested to inspect shipments immediately upon delivery. Any damage, shortage, or shipment discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with relevant photographs or supporting details. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Failure
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Additional costs arising due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, re-dispatch, storage, or return shipments shall be borne by the customer.
Force Majeure
Windson Organics Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, customs delays, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
