We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Inter CA) to join our Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and experience in tools like Tally and Odoo ERP. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing core accounting operations, monthly GST/TDS compliance, and supporting audits and period-end closings.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records including journal entries, sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
- Handle monthly GST return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and timely TDS payments.
- Perform accounting in Tally and Odoo ERP, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns and correction returns, if applicable.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits, ensuring timely audit completion.
- Support any other finance and accounts-related activities as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Inter CA (Both groups of IPCC cleared)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax compliance
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS regulations
- Proficiency in Tally and familiarity with Odoo ERP
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and ledger management
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
